Appreciate People Now

In my practice, I meet and assist many people in their healings. One specific area that I want to share with you is appreciating people, whether they are your loved ones or someone you meet in passing. Appreciate them now. Even a simple word of thanks, a hug, or simply saying, "I love you," or "I appreciate you," creates a wonderful exchange of positive energy. Even if the recipient does not state it back, you have opened up a positive connection and the flow of kindness happens. A healing happens for them and for you! By spreading love and kindness, the soul basks in this energy and resolution happens. Just imagine taking one day out of your life to tell everyone you interact with that day how much you appreciate them, or to compliment them on something about them. Imagine how all the positive interactions can create wonderful things for you too! Your mind, body, spirit, and emotions gain from all this positive energy!

Lately, I've been administering Final Rites to people who are getting ready to cross over. This has brought tremendous gifts to me. Gifts of enlightenment, love, peace, and joy. Everytime I participate in this event, I get the message to appreciate my family, friends, and acquaintances with honor. Before my clients cross over, we have discussions about their lives and I always ask what they would like to finish before they leave. Almost always if not always, I get that they want to see or talk to specific individuals so that they can tell them words of appreciation. Their soul knows that this exchange creates the love, the reason why they came on earth. Our soul purpose is to love unconditionally, ourselves and others.

Yesterday outside a supermarket, there were two teenage individuals raising money for other teenagers that need drug rehab. My guides pulled me in their direction and so I donated money and started to talk with them. Both have been clean from crystal meth for several months. I looked with love in their eyes and they instinctively reached out for my hand. I told them both how proud I am that they have realized how precious they really are. I also told them that with everything in life, we must take it one day at a time. I saw tears in their eyes. Tears of appreciation, of being understood, of feeling worthy. I told them that I am rooting for them and they can call me if they need help. This simple gesture of appreciation created mileage of hope in their lives. I know I have inspired them to continue their sobriety at least one more day!

Raising Our Vibration For An Enlightening Journey

As we raise our vibration through meditation, healings we do on ourselves or healings others do on us, tracking and clearings, etc. we need to be mindful of our loved ones, people, plants, and animals around us. Most likely they are not on the same page/vibration as we are. In my house, I know that I’m always diligently tracking, clearing and raising my vibration. I then keep the intention that the other inhabitants with their freewill can meet me at a point that they can collectively embody and tolerate. When they are home with me, I then have to lower my vibration to their levels to maintain harmony. However when they are not in my house I raise it up so that I can continue my evolving journey. I do not expect for others to be where I am at. I only know that I must evolve and be on an enlightening spiritual journey.


A few of my clients and students have mentioned changes in their lives such as batteries running dead when they were just changed or your friendships of many years/decades have ended with some people or their pets acting strangely and not being themselves. These clients have been conscientious and committed in turning their lives around for the better. However, their loved ones and surroundings did not sign up for this, yet. For example, I've had my weight loss clients tell me that their spouses will not change their eating habits and were very upset for the lack of support. I then explain to them that their spouses have been eating with this lifestyle with them for decades. And now that my clients have decided that they are ready to change all of a sudden doesn't mean that the whole world around them is ready too. Again we need to be mindful of others around us. Just because we have an "aha" moment which sparks a change doesn't meant that others are getting the urge to change too.

In your meditations, ask the Great Spirit, Earth Mother and the Helpers of the True Christ Consciousness to keep your vibration at a level that you can all completely embody. Remember that people that need to move on from your lives, we bless them and encourage them to move on in a loving way. We don’t need to worry about being at their vibration any longer. It will do us no good to keep onto a relationship that is not for our highest good or our their highest good. No one will benefit from something that is played out, not inspiring nor fun!

As we raise our vibrations, changes are natural. Our spirit is always looking to evolve and grow. We cannot grow by being stagnant and remaining in the same old situations. Some of us will notice our circle of friends is changing. Our spirit will naturally want to be with the same circle of like minded people. Others will notice that their physical appearances will change. This I'm told all the time about me. Every photo that has been taken of me especially in the last few years, all look different. My photos on my website prove this so. We begin to shape shift according to our experiences and evolution. So let's shape shift to a spirit that is highly evolved. A spirit of love and compassion. Here's to an enlightening spiritual journey!

Maui Whales Download from a Retreat Participant

Just got back from Maui facilitating another wonderful retreat with 13 beautiful people. They all brought laughter and tears. Many emotions were felt by everyone. One of the reasons for us being there was to come in contact with the whales. It's the height of the whale season and we saw many. They brought great inspiration to all of us. One participant, Ken, wrote the following:

The whales are giving us an important message. We come in Peace and Joy and to share our wisdom, our vision for the planet. We love you so much. You are like the timeless oceans: vast, expansive and unique. Use your experience and wisdom to do Good for Mother Earth. We delight in travelling the beautiful ocean waters of the earth. You have the power to save the earth from global warming and destruction.

Promote Peace and Understanding with your neighbors, friends and family. We all share, enjoy and inherit the gifts that Mother Earth gives us. Rejoice, take in the moment and give from your Heart! We have seen your hearts and their capacity for Compassion, Love, Harmony, Truth and Beauty. We send you Blessings of the most high through our Whale Songs.

We are all connected in the Circle of Life. Enjoy it! We have the answers you have been searching for. Listen and Listen deeply! Know that you are Powerful just as we are, to change things in your life for the positive. Feel these words! Live your Truth. Your capacity for Greatness is as timeless and endless as the oceans.
